I think I missed out on yellow fever and possibly smallpox, but otherwise had ‘em all, would have them again, and would line up for vaccines to protect me from more diseases. If only there were a vaccine to protect us from stupidity….

University based evaluation is more likely to be up to date, but I strongly recommend against leaving it to grad students. Experienced, licensed professionals really do bring more expertise to the process
