Chronic health issues + some extra health issues in the past few months + disability benefits worries + the general dystopian crap going on in the UK and the rest of the world. Rest is rebellion right?! I need a break and to focus on self care, kindness and compassion.

Exhausted. But not as much as yesterday when after 12 hours in bed I went back to sleep for 2 hours... Got up & had breakfast, crocheted a little and listened to a podcast and then went for a 2 hour nap... And had an early night!! Felt like someone gave me a sleeping potion!!! #mecfs #chronicillness

If any UK peeps have the energy to email your MP about the disability benefits cuts please do. We don't all have the energy to do so and I'm scared. If the changes go ahead I won't even be able to afford my rent nevermind the things that help keep my health as stable as possible...
