For this #SoundBath, I chose a set of alchemy crystal bowls that contains two D bowls, as the note D corresponds to the constellation of Gemini. The low D and the high D balance the “above” (higher Self) and the “below” (three-dimensional expression of oneself) to create a state of harmony.

For this #soundbath, I chose three C# notes tuned to 432 Hz – the Earth’s frequency. Staying grounded helps us embody the wisdom of our personal experience and enter our new season integrating the essence of lessons learned. Let your inner knowing lead the way.
