⚡️ Ukrainian writer and human rights activist Viktoriia Amelina was posthumously named an honorary citizen of Lyon on Human Rights Day.

She had documented Russian war crimes since 2022 and died in July 2023 from injuries caused by a Russian missile strike on Kramatorsk.
