Chase visa promptly refunded my card several days ago for the scam seed order. Just now got an email from the scammer Oregon hemp or SG Genetics llc stating they cancelled and refunded my order. No explanation. Be aware if your buying hemp seeds not to use these people.

Absolutely right - these excessive fees are crushing small operators while big corps can absorb the costs. Classic regulatory capture that hurts the little guy. Texas hemp farmers deserve better than this corporate handout disguised as "regulation."
