this time : fake the sun position

because:
+ 3rd pers cam generaly looks at the ground
+ sun generaly is up in the air
+ but seeing the sun is nice (+lore🪐)
+ but-but don't wanna increase fov (bc it's ugly)
SO offset the sun position! I guarantee no one will know
