Kratom has benefits & risks. Kratom toxicity can lead to organ injury, & even death, especially mixed with drugs or alcohol. Even common OTC antihistamines or routine prescriptions can have deadly interactions with kratom.

It is a myth to say kratom can't kill.

Last year I wrote about how despite the state having a consumer protection law on the books regarding kratom, no one was enforcing it.

Now, it seems the AG is looking to the legislature to try to bulk up Arizona's kratom laws to create better enforcement mechanisms.

Make sure your kids know the dangers of synthetic opioid products like kratom and 7-OH. I look forward to working with the Legislature to tighten our Kratom law so that we can better protect Arizonans.

Our last two episodes had an unintended theme of men and addiction. Sometimes us guys have trouble asking for help, and modern America has some trends toward male isolation. Ryan and Jonny L. share the last two weeks about their personal journeys toward becoming kratom free.
