Agree caution is warranted. Kratom is a commercial product (plant derived) that benefits some but also has risks, including addiction, health harms & death. Most fatalities are multi-drug; in some of those, kratom still played a role & there are kratom alone deaths. That is NOT misinformation.

It is possible to ditch the plant and live a better life not dependent on an outside substance. For some people, whole leaf kratom can be just as problematic as extracts or 7ohm.
