Fandom needs interaction to thrive, if u want to keep enjoying art, fic, edits, animations, silly little hcs, and all of that gud stuff, give some of the love back that creators pour out for you, fandom shouldn't be /content/ to mindlessly consume, let it be a dialogue of love and appreciation 🙏✨❤️
I think a big fandom shift in interacting with stuff has gone from people commenting under the created thing whether it be fic or art to people linking it in private discord groups where the person who made it will never see any positive comments left on the thing they made.

Endwalker and going to Ultima Thule. Specifically the point when we reach the dragon's nest and find the eggs that didn't make it. After learning earlier how much the dragons treasure their young, that part broke me.

LRP- no one is forcing you to put your "bad" work online but you shouldn't be afraid at any stage. These days I find myself stopping when I see someone who is obviously starting out and taking a good look at what they've made. Whenever I see "bad" art now I just think "Yeah, a person made this!"

The best part of the glamour unlock in FFXIV is all of the cool crafting/gathering gear that no longer has to rot in obscurity. Most people use the general gear and probably never get good use out of the class locked ones. It makes me happy to see these designs getting used!

I think I can finally get back into playing FFXIV again. I dropped off pretty quickly after DT because everyone I played with stopped. Except for keeping up with static and MSQ, there's a lot I haven't touched. I went back and finished the variant dungeons yesterday. I had fun again!

First noodling around on my Wacom MovinkPad. Pretty easy to get into. Though it's been so long since I've done digital art that I kinda forgot my whole process.

First impressions of the Wacom Movinkpad 11: I'm having fun! I've been exclusively using it with Clip Studio Debut. It sucks that I haven't found a way to really customize the pen but it doesn't feel too weird to me to have to tap "undo" etc on the screen. I gotta get a grip for the pen tho.

I have spoiled myself with a Wacom Movinkpad 11. I had ditched Wacom back in 2020 in favor of the cheaper alternatives (XP Pen is great!) but my old Samsung Tab is so run down with Samsung's shitty bloatware. I can't even save files.

Listen to me. Listen. If you're making images that will only be displayed on screens, YOU HAVE TO LET GO. You can calibrate your screens perfectly, but then 25k people will see it on their shitty $50 monitors or cracked phone and its out of your hands. Don't think of it. Achieve enlightenment.
