When mining co's first came to the Caraga region of the Philippines, they came bearing promises of decent work and prosperity, raising hopes for fishing and farming communities.

1. The federal tax credit for EVs expires.

2. The federal code that allows states to exempt EVs from HOV lane occupancy requirements also expires.
