Cool thing happened at Grammys rehearsal - when the firefighters first took the stage to rehearse, the crew and staff jumped to their feet with applause. The men and women were clearly touched by the response .

So many teachers lost homes in the fires - esp the Eaton /Altadena fire. Hopefully more national press will pick up on this and temper the hate towards Angelenos

These firefighters are amazing, man. They are helping my friend’s cul-de-sac prepare for the worst right now. Cutting vegetation, putting outdoor furniture into garage, duct taping vents, etc. They do so much more than we know to protect us.

Someone on my neighborhood group posted absurd things they grabbed when evacuating - one guy grabbed his espresso maker. Personally I put a roll of stamps in my pocket ! Cuz those things are expensive now
