Absolutely this! Twitter the last year has been nothing but weird proMAGAT ads wrecking my gay vampire TL.
Whenever I pop into X now, I'm just struck but how much worse the user experience is there with a timeline full of pointless ads, little engagement and pointless to post when external links are throttled.
Once I've finished archiving my COVID threads, I'll close up that account.
