I made gingham today! It’s lovely to push through a creative rut by just finishing something small and satisfying. “Finishing” is one of the most beautiful words.

I adore making these little weavings! My Great Grandma, Alice, was a weaver. She made rugs and ribbons, and fancy trims. I never met Alice, but my Grandma saved her supplies (though not her loom) and I am using up her old stash learning to weave off-loom. I am completely obsessed. #textileart
