1/ Just curious. How can this be explained w/o drawing on theoretical traditions (now disparaged as--taddum: *CRTs*) that highlight that such disparities in outcomes did not just *happen* accidentally, they were the direct result of humans?

Could there possibly be more clear visual evidence for the current/longitudinal effects of systemic/institutional racism than the School Grades given out by TEA? #I-35 #I-35divide.

1/ In my Education, Schooling & Society course, I used this image as we explored the many (MANY) ways LGBTQI+ issues are present in K-12 settings and the reasons why accurate information is crucial. A pre-service teacher took a picture of it and told me she sent it to her mother....
