Ich habe mit The Pioneer über #CognitiveWarfare geredet. Herausgekommen ist ein vernünftiger Text zum Konzept. Auf politischer Ebene über ein derart großes Defensivkonzept zu reden ist aber weiterhin schwierig.

Every now again it’s useful to repeat advice about accessing papers that are behind a paywall that excludes you. Email the author. My estimate is that 90% of academics are so thrilled that a living, breathing, possibly even reading, person shows interest that they will swiftly send you a copy.

The White House claimed “Gulf of America” was a fact, and that AP’s refusal to use it meant they weren't reporting facts.
But the judge disagreed, calling it a viewpoint, not a fact—meaning the gov’t can’t use differences in viewpoint it to deny press access.

🧵/2 In AP v. Budowich, the court ruled that the White House violated the First Amendment by excluding the AP from press events over editorial choices.
At issue: AP will continue to use the established term "Gulf of Mexico" and refuses to use the term “Gulf of America.”
