Although, to be honest, trying to push all his changes on day one is probably the bigger crime. Management 101 - don't come in and try to change everything right away. Take time to see what works and what doesn't work and introduce change gradually. This week was way too important to rip it all up.

As much as you're right, he's using a kid's toy to tell the world what we're planning on doing. There's a photo doing the rounds now of McInnes looking over their shoulder! It's utterly embarrassing and quite frankly a stupid way to do it. Managed to make himself a laughing stock in his first game.

Clearly though points 3, 4 and 5 show that the facts about give and take don't actually matter to those shouting about migration. Which just points to it being something else. See my first post on this!

And that's just point 1. The more we squeeze migration in this country, the more other countries should squeeze the "ex-pats" out of theirs. Ex-pats are just British immigrants in other countries, often retirees who add nothing to the economy (or take tbf), but amazing how that never gets brought up

As for the O'Neill cameo... it wasn't always pretty but it mostly got the job done and definitely pushed us on in three different competitions. The Feyenoord game was a particular highlight though.
Also, a 1-0 win as his last league game in charge sounds way better than... well... you remember.

All of that with a squad that still has massive holes in it, thanks to mismanagement through the summer and piss poor physio resulting in multiple hamstring injuries, and a still toxic atmosphere due to the board's utter disdain for the fans and failure to truly acknowledge their own failings.
