They're not convenient to my house, and nostalgia is a factor as well.

I've converted my husband who grew up in MA. We split purchase duties now.

I grew up on Long Island and live outside of Boston now and I bring back bagels, pizza, sometimes the good hot dogs, used to hit Fairway for olive oil... yup.

Oh I just got a better look at Daughter. 40s is generous. And I think it's a wig.

Mom and Gramma are fighting over the bill like they're Dorothy and Sophia.

Onto sleep quality (or lack thereof) with the other bartender, and, um: Relatable. Devastating to learn that Gramma's sleep still isn't back to normal.

We have one crappy bottle of something (we don't know where it came from) earmarked to take into the backyard and act like we just won the world series. And then we will have the nice drinks.

For me, I dont have enough forehead for bangs, and I have a widows peak, and my hair tends to part itself which you don't want with bangs. Other people might have different reasons for looking like a lampshade.

Never stopped him from trying! (Often stopped him from succeeding!)

I had a great uncle who would have either tried to repair it or exercise the warranty on it, because "only 10 years?!"

The good news is, he's really bad at percentages
