My bf got a call and I’m on vacation and I was tweaking like a chihuahua when a doorbell rings.

Sanfilippo syndrome is a super rare genetic disorder (also known as childhood dementia) and it presents with some distinct facial features. This is the first time I’ve ever seen a child with it in person. But I’d never approach a parent for a number of reasons.
