Jake, Mike is not arguing for detached single family home development. He's arguing for point access blocks of apartments that give a little bit of nature while giving homes for at least as many people. Building codes in America aren't helping.

Gasoline is very expensive because it needs to imported by truck. Electricity is a lot cheaper because they have so much hydro power. So the economics makes sense. I think they also decreased their import taxes on electric vehicles.

100% agree. Only to add, that you still need to scrape the bigger food particles off before loading (anything rice size or larger). And clean your filter!
