@josernunez91.bsky.social I'm curious about the Union playing through this international break. Do you know if it was a choice for the Union or did MLS make the decision? I noticed that NE and Miami are the only clubs not playing this weekend. They play Wed Jul 9, with no other clubs playing.

The inarticulate part is actually quite jarring/striking to non-Americans who expect their politicians to have a broad vocabulary & more context than “no one has ever seen anything like this” that would be expected from a 6-year old.

/6 It’s not clear to me why the “no due process for criminals” people aspire to be American. It seems if you have that blind faith that the state will do the right thing you’d be better off in some totalitarian society where the state dictates every aspect of your life, for the common good.
