This is what 32 desks look like in a classroom that can genuinely fit them. I am one of the lucky ones as my class sizes are capped due to lab space. Just thought a visual would be helpful when we say this is too much for quality instruction. #Teach #Texas #Chemistry

I’m just trying to teach chemistry to local kids that don’t want to know chemistry. FFS leave me out of this.

Trying to figure out my seating charts. When you have 30+ kids per class and 10 of them have ADHD. They ALL have preferred seating. I can’t seat them next to each other. This will be the third seating chart. We’ve been in school a month. I fear parent conferences are next. CLASS SIZE MATTERS! #Teach

This popped up on my memories today. If you think this didn’t contribute to the #teacher shortage you’re wrong. This mentality has prevailed and continued to cause teachers to leave. I’m not saying we are “special” but telling someone who is grossly underpaid to go find another job is not wise.

The makeup of #Texas voters. Yes our state has the strictest voting laws, yes they are changing our districts. But the main issue is they have the ppl convinced dems won’t WIN and their vote doesn’t count. WE HAVE THE NUMBERS. The devil’s greatest lie is convincing you he doesn’t exist.
