Late reply here but I'm doing some research on the DHS/ICE aircraft being used in this latest escalation and harassment of the targeted communities. I haven't seen any Black Hawks pop on ADS-B over the last week around PDX but clearly that they're flying. Do you have any tail numbers in any photos?

There are a minimum of two dedicated DHS/ICE birds stationed at Hillsboro Airport for the ongoing occupation of Portland. N2108J and now N479C (previously seen N741C has RTB Seattle). Note that of late, these choppers conduct operations without ADS B active to avoid tracking on all civilian sites.

Sorry to hijack the thread but the DHS just landed reinforcements at Hillsboro from El Paso: DHS plane N804MR. And N2081J also was active today 9/30/25.
Late to the thread but DHS chopper N2081J moved to Portland from Seattle a few days ago and has done patrols with transponder/ADSB turned off. Note the abrupt end to the flight path just after takeoff from Hillsboro airport 07:44 Zulu is 12:44am pacific time.
