It’s a line that spontaneously came to mind in a psych ward. Sitting across from a girl slightly younger than me having a panic attack over existential despair. How everyone she knew would die. Etc.
Helped her to breathe through it, told her that. She said it helped a lot. Hope she’s doing well. 😭
