I took the plunge and bought linen sheets. I know it'll take time for them to feel buttery soft but they already feel pretty decent.
Also, I'm Team Flat Sheets now. Fitted sheets can go to hell. Doing the hospital tuck is so much easier than fighting the elastic plus laundry is less annoying.

This day sucked! I had to fight fires all day at work, Catherine O'Hara died (and she's younger than my mom!), and then a bunch of ravens pecked and killed my favourite webcam eagles' clutch of eggs.

I like Drive to Survive and I'm on season 5 right now but there's so much ego in the show that I have to take breaks.
I started The Pitt which is basically ER and 24's love child and I like it. The stories revolving around children sometimes hit me in the gut too much though.

Trance is making a comeback after years of being somewhat asleep, which is great for me because while not a true trance head, I love all progressive and melodic dance music. But also, I see this as a recession indicator as people flock to happier music for escapism.

The family of my friend is organizing a trip to Japan where MORE THAN 30 folks are participating and a large part of me is jealous of this kind of familial relationship. I am cursed/blessed with a very very tiny circle of family I can rely on.
The idea of a vacation committee is 😂 though.

I got burned twice buying a Creality K1 3D printer after having the worst time ever with my Ender Pro 3 and ditched it for the shinier thing.
It's been a 6-month battle figuring out this nebulous 2902 error, replacing the hotend, hotend board, and bed, only to figure out the motherboard is shot.

The Pizza Hut near me comes in so clutch when everything else is so expensive in my area. They always have some sort of deal happening and the pizza is good enough.
I just hope enough people order from there so it stays around.

The NHL season is how I dissociate from awful worldly things but we've just traded our 2nd captain in 2 years who's also historically our best defenseman and one of our best drafted players. And no sign of rebuild.
Sure, this is all meaningless drivel but I need to find happier drivel elsewhere.
