First, there won't be midterms, they'll do anything incl nukes to stop it. Second, even IF elections happen & Dems win, Maga - backed by Scotus - will nullify results and/or refuse to seat Dems, thus retain majorities ... why do you still rely on 'constitution' or 'rule of law', that's gone already.
