It's the Dragon King and his other form, the Cruel King, from "The Cruel King and the Great Hero".

My skrunkly example art to give an idea of what I was wanting during the commission process. Top left is a cute black dragon wearing a yellow crown who wouldn't hurt a fly. The right horn is broken and there's stars surrounding him. Bottom right is the evil version with a black crown and both of his horns intact. He's breathing fire and the corner of the paper is physically burnt up (the coolest thing I've ever seen done for a commission, no bias)

Just finished Laika: Aged Through Blood.

10/10 soundtrack.
