Anyone know that song Lanigan’s Ball? Big favourite of my dad, so cassette on repeat in car When a kid. Now “I stepped out, I stepped in again“ is triggered in my brain when I see Enoch Burke at Wilson’s, Court or Mountjoy, “learning to dance at Lanigan’s Ball”. Total Farce.

It’s so unsettling when Ugandan relatives & friends are cut off from internet. WhatsApp Status updates are eerily quiet. awaiting news that everyone is safe & sound. #internetshutdown

I hate being on Twitter but I’m following Ugandan and other African voices there who have not migrated elsewhere on social media. It’s such a bind.

Finally! Suitcases- Nesting 6 in 1!
3 for Ryanair under the seat, 1 for Aerlingus carry on, 1 for priority Ryanair or international or ferry travel. Rest of big cases only take carry on. Seems like such a waste that cases are not just optimised for planes but for storage. #design

Watched Freaky Friday 2 weeks ago with child 1. Both enjoyed. It holds up. Just out of cinema- Enjoyed Freakier Friday. Jamie Lee Curtis is hilarious and she made me cry - I’ve struggled to cry at films recently so this was a double surprise. #filmsky
