I created a WearOS watchface. I call it "Hybrid Clear View".
Objectives were:

- Hybrid
- Large, easy to read text
- 24hr
- Date
- Complication slots
- Elegant, distraction-free
- Always-on mode is analog-only

I'll publish it to Github later and possibly the Play store.

Experienced a nice moment on a Shinjuku station escalator this morning. As commuters were going up, a click, click, click sound could be heard as something fell down the moving stairs. Someone further down picked up the earphone and everyone passed it up until it reached the owner, undamaged.

I've had more success in receiving return refunds from Aliexpresss than from Rakuten. In fact, the Rakuten seller charged me extra to cover the initial "free shipping" which they had paid.

As a commuter cyclist, I hope these are more observant of bike lanes than human taxi drivers.

Had to call an ambulance for the first time in Japan this morning. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing serious, just excruciating.

Ambulance, CT scan, X-ray, IV drip was around $90 USD with no waiting. Socialized medicine should be universal.
