After I was elected to Council, I completed my goal of running every street in Stow. It was a good way to get to know our neighborhoods better. Many of our streets still need sidewalks. Council increased funding for new sidewalks last year, and I want to keep building more.

Federal agents are overtly abusing their power to try to intimidate advocates and elected officials. We need ICE out of Illinois immediately and justice for people like Ald. Jessie Fuentes who are defending their communities.

Tonight Stow City Council approved a site plan for Vans Pizza to revitalize our old Sto-Kent Lanes with a new restaurant and bar, arcade, mini bowling lanes, and renovations to the mini-golf course and sand volleyball pit.

What's happening at the former Sto-Kent Family Entertainment? See the new plans 🍕

Following the 2021 closure of Sto-Kent Family Entertainment, a developer has plans to turn the site to a pizza restaurant and entertainment center.

Maybe I’m biased, but it used to feel like it would matter if the international community — especially close allies like the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia — asked us to “please stop aiding ethnic cleansing.”

They’re our allies. Why would we still back the oppressor?
