There is so much wastage. People overorder as well. I have been to this place a few times so wanted to come and get pancakes. I watched people order 2 dishes for breakfast and leave half. Plus, it's not cheap! That was about $50 AUD. I don't know how people do it. There was a queue.

We did have to be careful a few times with the ice. The slushie bits on the kerbs was awful.

It was -9⁰C, feels like -16⁰C- si as far as I was concerned it is -16⁰! It's been a novelty for a few days but not sure I'd like ot for months at a time.

*last night not last week! It's been a long few days. Conference is over. I fly home tomorrow. Yay!

There's a lot of our team here who haven't made it here yet due to flight cancellations due to the weather I was lucky to arrive here yesterday for a number of reasons.
