These are only the ones that connect to the motherboard.

"Old" 3DS XLs could easily be found at around $150 in great condition earlier this year. Now you can't find any under that unless they're broken or heavily scratched up.

It's funny to me how the original 3DS has the highest pixel density out of the entire DS family. Due to that, the viewing area of pixel perfect mode for DS games is smaller than the original DS +Lite.

Now that cc3dsfs supports Optimize capture boards, maybe it's time to make docks for all the "old" models.

I'm almost sure that Loopy's controller mod is compatible with CY8C4014PVI-422.
If it is, it makes LCM more accessible since that IC is easier to solder.
It'll also mean I won't have to order dozens at a time to make it worth the cost. JLC also doesn't have the original chip in stock anymore.

This is sick! I hope the 2DS gets as many mods as the GB/GBA consoles due to how easy it is to take apart. I'm working on some, but nothing like this.

Working on a New 3DS controller mod that actually takes advantage of the extra buttons.
The c-stick currently only inputs ⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️ since I need extra parts to control it better. The real c-stick still works as normal. I mainly want to use it with rehid so I'm probably gonna leave it like this.

Had a send-in order for a Bluetooth mod install and the customer sent their N3DS XL in a bubble mailer with the only extra padding being a smaller bubble mailer

I installed Loopy's N3DS XL capture card inside of a New 2DS XL. This was the most difficult one so far, and probably the first in the world to use a Loopy capture card successfully.

This model is easily the most difficult model to work on.
The USB-C port sticks out more than I'd like it to.

6 x 3DS ORAS shiny hunting aka multi hunting.
All of these have Loopy's controller mod, and each has a WaveBird receiver connected. All are set to the same channel, including the controller.
Not a hunter, so I only did it for 10 minutes. No shiny chicken. It would take ~7.5 hours to go over odds.
