Helaas klopt dit niet. Het was fraude en daarmee terecht. Overigens zijn feiten per definitie juist! Maar zoals Karl Popper ons leerde moeten we wel openstaan voor herziening op basis van nieuw bewijs. Dat bewijs moet dan geen frauduleuze data zijn…

Pyroglutamation, a post-translational modification, impacts the binding affinity of therapeutic antibodies in cancer treatment. Our study shows that pyroglutamation, catalyzed by glutaminyl cyclase, affects proteins CD47 and TRP1 on cell surfaces, crucial for antibody recognition and trafficking.
