This game is so fun because the Voidlight that you use to keep the dark at bay has a degrading dice pool.

Think breathless dice but with a pool of dice. I’ve been wanting to do this since breathless came out but couldn’t figure a format was was balanced and fun.

Well I did. The math checks out.

The Mikohuah: Jungle conquerors from the lethal basin of Mikohuayan, now the seat of the Teotekah Empire. Covenant Deity: Naktokatl, the Flesh-Spider.
The Aminimeh: Mindful deer-riders and augurs from the misty pine forests of Tekuatepek. Covenant Deity: Tlalkonetekuhtli, the First of the Earthbound Spawn.
The Oztomekah: Resilient sailors, merchants and builders from the perilous strait of Hueiatlan. Covenant Deity: Nahuazihuatzin, the Teller of Secrets.
The Tepozoah: Ruthless smiths and brewers from the volcanic isle of Aitikalhi, as adaptable and hardened as their land of fire and metal. Covenant Deity: Teixman, the Breaker of Minds.
The Yaotah: Skilled warriors from the bloody plains of Ixtlahuako, where might and martial virtue are law. Covenant Deity: Zepoktlipoka, the Master of the Smoking Stupor.
