Been playing a lot of Project Silverfish, and I gotta say: There is a success story in the making here. Obviously too early to tell, as EA games can implode in a million ways, but any game that gets me to yell "Fuck this!" while running away from a firefight over an irradiated ball gets props.

I was about to crash out horribly, but it turns out that there is a cure for every ill that plagues me - specifically, playing at lawyers in a very silly friendslop/steamer bait game for an evening. 10/10 Would defend my client from the accusation of bombing donetsk children again.

Maybe nobody gives a fuck, but this weekend, Pilsen celebrates it's own liberation day; the only city in Czechia to be liberated by US troops instead of Soviet ones. An important distinction for all who lived it, as unlike with the Soviets, the US never occupied the country. Truth Prevails.

The funniest bit about Polygon and Giant Bomb deciding to become slop sites and firing all their talent is that despite my endless annoyance at the way these sites operated, this is unequivocally worse. I'm going to miss being annoyed at weird takes from actual human beings.

Strange Scaffold's newest game is essentially a six-hour meta in-joke about the gaming industry as a whole. Unfortunately, unlike clickolding, it's not going to work this time.

Void Crew's kind of insane; actually. Like yeah, it's not exactly groundbreaking design for a videogame, but the fact we're playing it in groups of six every time a minor adjustment to the loot tables gets made is proof they did something right.
