(2) It was a great escape where I could engage in my niche-ish geeky interests, and where my grief could not follow me.

It expanded more horizons for me, and let me think things of myself that I never thought about.

I will miss it.

(1) Less than 3 years ago, I suffered a terrible loss. I couldn’t stand to look at Facebook or instagram because the ads were just painful reminders of my loss. Instead,I went on to TikTok, where the algorithm didn’t know me.
