It’s bad enough being sick but I really don’t need to be reminded from my iPhone that there’s been a change in my steps the last week. There should be an option somewhere in health settings, I’m sick leave me alone. 😷

And yet covid vaccines aren’t necessary in RFK’s world. So much unnecessary illness ahead of us.

The Winter Solstice occurs Sunday morning, at 10:03 AM ET (9:03 AM CT| 8:03 AM MT | 7:03 AM PT).
This will be the day we get the least amount of daylight and the longest night. The Sun takes its lowest path across the sky and then after this, our daylight slowly starts coming back starting Monday! 🌤️

The Kennedy Center is a living memorial to a fallen president and named for President Kennedy by federal law. It can no sooner be renamed than can someone rename the Lincoln Memorial, no matter what anyone says.
Breaking news: The board of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts has voted to rename the storied arts institution the “Trump-Kennedy Center,” according to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.

Justice Brandeis would weep if he saw what the Supreme Court has become now. It’s unrecognizable as a court of law.
As Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis stated in 1933; “We can have democracy in this country or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of the few, but we cannot have both.”

Today, at a time of unprecedented income & wealth inequality, his words ring truer than ever.

Unlike most vaccine-preventable diseases, hepatitis B is asymptomatic and spreads silently until infected people develop liver cancer or cirrhosis in their midlife. It’s one of the cancers with the highest mortality in the U.S with a 6 month life expectancy.

The Eurasian blue tit (Cyanistes caeruleus), is a small, brightly colored songbird common across Europe and western Asia.

It has distinctive plumage, featuring a blue crown, wings, and tail. They are resilient and can survive harsh winters.
