Marathon Bar (1973-1981): A flat, uniquely-structured candy bar made of intertwined, serpentine, chocolate-covered caramel, by Mars, Inc. A nearly identical bar is produced by Cadbury in the UK as "Curly Wurly". Confusingly, this was the also the name used for Snickers bars in the UK until 1990.
