this game's got good camera angles... i rly love how video game-cinematic every squaresoft game from this era was. i say it every time rly. i <3 walking around and the camera shifts and the art is beautiful

oh i don't rly like the hype moments either, that movie looks weird and i kinda hated most of the action scenes for feeling blurry and over processed. i just thought the hypothetical idea of "shitty ffvii movie that looks cool" might've existed before i watched it and then it was only the first part

oh god i forgot about that movie. what they do with aerith and zack in it is so fucking bad. i'd love to be a hype moments and aura shooter for that movie but it is rly hard to be charitable to it when its take on cloud is "HE NEEDS TO GET ASSISTS FROM HIS DEAD FRIENDS INSTEAD OF GETTING OVER THEM"

crisis core is split between key scenes that bolster my interest in him, and like the most trite stupid shit ever. that's sorta how i feel about the game in general: it has like 3 lines of dialogue that elevate FFVII but idk what they're even doing with aerith as a random example

yep ! i tried playing it a few years ago when i had a switch and no pc i could casually use and gave up cuz the switch port was ugly. loved radical dreamers so it felt very weird it took me this long to get to it :p
