Zelenskyy used Conscious Discipline during his meeting at the WH. He was in his emotional state w/ his arms folded to protect himself. Trump/JD were in their survival state and used “you” statements. Zelenskyy tried using the 5 steps of calm but had a tough time passing the I Feel step.
