This is a very alarming report coming out of my district. For all we know, these were vigilantes impersonating law enforcement officers. This is exactly why I'm Co-Sponsoring a bill with Rep. Chaichi to ensure law enforcement is unmasked and identifiable. This is a public safety issue.
