Runkeeper doesn’t support any API to import the data. I would try to reverse-engineer the web requests but may end up just giving up Runkeeper.

I can export the data from Health and import to Runkeeper in bulk, but there are 3 issues:

1. The heart rate data is in a different XML file so can’t be imported together
2. The generated activities are all running by default.
3. Due to issue 2, all activities are associated with my running shoes
