Nooo that sucks! I was good until 2023 when my boss sat 2 feet from me with it and my mask could only do so much. I hope you feel better soon!

No. From my experience it just slows down the cooking time and there’s the risk it may not reach temperature leading to foodborne illness.

I’m kind of suspicious about all of it. I hope Mamdani doesn’t turn out to be a Fetterman style disappointment and I hope MTG isn’t dropping out to run for a different office.

Strongly recommend dry brining your turkey. It’s very easy, it just takes some time, but damn if it’s not the juiciest turkey I ever had.

I always wake up from anesthesia determined to prove to everyone that I’m fine and extremely confident that I could, in fact, run a marathon.
