If i was in longer every day I would not be putting as much effort as days with limited time. It's not physically possible. You need to reset your brain. I already feel like I make more mistakes the longer I work without a proper break. I start going loopy

Inclusion of all kinds means an actual seat at the table, with actual power, actual progress and actual actions as a result, not a closed door and people with power asking why people aren't trying hard enough to get in.

Just so frustrating because in a way it won't matter if I move, might be someone crazy there too! But it's so unsettling and need to vent about it

Trying absolutely everything to get that person help and then feeling like it falls on deaf ears every single time is disheartening, too

Having someone scream at you as soon as you enter the building every day is not exactly making me feel comfortable at home any more.
