Set up drum recording, finally tried the 3-mic snare rig (dynamic and condenser on top, dynamic underneath), think we got good tones. Still never happy with the hi-hat mics.

Two days of guitar editing and casual noodles.

Having good success emulating my regular tube amps (Peavey 6505, Marshall DSL) in NeuralDSP plugins and then being able to rehearse through headphones with it feeling about 95% authentic. I still prefer Two Notes for my cabinet simulation, though.
