There are exceptions, but as a general rule - no. It remains to be seen what will happen with SMRs if they are built. What is clear is that they will start with a large disadvantage of scale compared to large reactors.

Agree that reform is neccessary and a good thing. But EU can learn just as much from its own growth, as from that in the US. In '90 US per capita GDP was 60% higher. In 2023 this was reduced to 40%, despite somewhat more favorable demographics in the US lately.
