This was a lot of fun :) The stain glass knight was crazy effects for the time. I loved how they gave Holmes a bit of that teen superiority attitude shrugging off his small mistakes.

He's that old relative who has that one joke/trigger. It wasn't long ago it was his Hannibal Lector will have you for dinner. This is even weaker.

The way everyone chuckled at ol' grampa drumpf when he barked 'edge!' was disturbing.

I recognize that swaying in the chair from when I'm really tired and just trying to stay awake. That or when I'm really drunk too. I know he's famously a tee-totaller but if he were a raging alcoholic it would explain so much too.

Y'know I recently mused to a person I know on IG who was modellilng a great Bride of Frankenstein what the *bridesmaids* of Frankenstein might have looked like. When you're undead the whole 'always a bridesmaid' takes on an eternity of bad hair and hideous dresses and wilted bouquets.

Yes I was serious. I haven't explored his other series at all :) It was easier to be a regular reader when I had a commute. As much as I love working from home, I find it hard to carve out reading time. Thanks for the recommendations.
