Really struck by how Barlow lived in a little, shitty apt in little Italy and died broke, while his nerdy ne’er do well acolytes sail the seas in their billion dollar yachts. We are so lost. Hunter was basically broke too. We really need to redefine words like “wealth,” “legacy,” and “value.”

Never got to meet Bobby, but I got to know Barlow a little bit when we were both living in NYC 25 years ago. We planned and pulled off some flash dance mobs together around the city and I’m thinking of him now.
