I’m glad you were able to be tested. Veterans in our area were put on years’ long waiting lists for tests, and many died of the disease as a result.

Thank you Alice, for articulating what many of us have cried over since the shooting. Like you, I can’t yet get off the bus. I didn’t go to the lighting of the Menorah downtown. I have stopped wearing my ✡️necklace in public. I’m not ashamed to be a Jew. I just don’t want to be a statistic.

I got my book!!!!! It came from a bookstore in Galway (Kennys) along with a nice recipe for brown bread. I shall treasure it, thank you for writing it.

Been doing the same thing. Did you know that Izzy Kamakawiwo’ole did a cover of “Country Roads” using Hawaiian landmarks? I love hearing different songs.
