I got 10 calls/texts yesterday asking if I wanted to come in to work. I said “nah, I’m good” every time.
Came in today for my regularly scheduled non-holiday shift, and there’s work left over from Wednesday. The TEAMs chat also was full of people melting down because of all the work to do.

I held off for so long since my old controller had the worst drift possible. I felt like a camera doing 360 spin at a ridiculous rate would ruin the tension for him.
I can’t believe how I managed to get used to that nonsense.

So I‘be been chipping away at the over 200 faxes we need to do, and no one is helping.
