My five year old wrote me some 'clues' about a special person she's been learning about at school for Black History Month. Can you guess who she is describing? The answer will be later today!

In child's handwriting, a piece of paper says: In 1955 she moved to the united kingdom, where she started Britain's first major newspaper for the black community. She was born in Trinidad and Tobago and then, she moved to America. the newspaper was called West indian gazette. She started a parade in london. she was antiracist her middle name was Vera.
